Ben Frazier
Brady is a 6-year Army combat medic. He grew up in Illinois as a fourth-generation farm kid. After high school, Brady joined the military as many of his family members had as a commitment to service of his community. During his military service, Brady attended the University of Iowa and started investing in real estate. His belief is that stewardship is key and providing safe and clean housing for his community is an honor to be able to do.
Brady currently focuses on serving those in the Cedar Rapids metro area through realestate partnership and by being an active member of his church. Brady is on the board of the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival and loves spending time with his wife Macyn.
Ben Frazier is an 11-year Army officer whose entrepreneurial journey began with humble roots in Des Moines. After graduating from East High School and the University of Iowa, Ben served his country overseas. It was during his deployment to Iraq that he discovered his passion for real estate, dedicating his downtime to mastering investment strategies. Upon returning home, he purchased his first rental property in Cedar Rapids and has since expanded his business expertise into local financial planning. Ben is deeply committed to giving back, currently serving on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Cedar Rapids Veterans Memorial Building Commission. He is driven by a mission to help others grow every day, balanced by a love for entrepreneurship and quality time with his fiancé, Allie.
